Spiced Chai Energy Balls

These spiced chai energy balls are easy to make and provides a healthy on-the-go snack!


Lemon chicken dish

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Pitted Dates

1 cup Cashews (raw)

3/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Ground Ginger

1/4 tsp Cardamom (ground)

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

1/8 tsp Ground Cloves


Directions:

1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend on high for two to three minutes,

stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Blend until the mixture is sticky and holds

together.

2. Use a teaspoon or one-inch cookie scoop to scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls.

Enjoy!


Modifications and Tips:

Leftovers

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week. Freeze for up to three months.

Serving Size

One serving is two energy balls.
