Ingredients
1 ½ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken
1 cup whole milk plain yogurt
3 stalks celery
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp flax seed
½ Tbsp salt
Optional Add Ins
Pecans
Dried cranberries
Turmeric
Diced apples
Grapes
Directions
Place chicken breasts into a medium size pot and cover with water. Boil for about 1 – 1.5 hours until fully cooked and tender.
While chicken is cooking chop celery into bite sized pieces.
Shred chicken – There are 2 different methods to shred chicken
2 Forks – you can take 2 forks and pull chicken until shredded. This method takes a little longer.
Kitchen aid/blender – put chicken in a kitchen aid mixer on low for 15 seconds.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add in any add ins if you would like.
Note: If everyone in your family doesn't like the same add ins, make the base and allow everyone to create their own.
