Meet Kimberly King, CNS, LDN
My Story
I have always had a passion for genuine connection and nutrition. However, almost 20 years ago through experiencing my own health struggles, the two would merge together and lead me to the path I’m on today. Over the next few years after this experience, I jumped into learning about food as medicine and quickly realized through my research how the foods we eat, and lifestyle choices we make can have a profound impact on preventing, managing and in some cases even reversing illness. It was this experience that motivated me to seek an alternative approach to my own health, and it is what continues to drive my motivation and passion for connection through nutrition. I truly feel honored to be the catalyst to empower and provide hope to those seeking another way in their own health journey.
I am an Appleton, Wisconsin native, where I live with my amazing husband and two energetic kiddos. When I have free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, cooking comfort food and exploring the outdoors with my family. In the past, I have enjoyed volunteering with NAMI to support mental health initiatives in my area.
