Insurance
As of 2025, we are delighted to be an in-network provider for some insurance carriers. Most insurance policies include preventative nutrition counseling benefits and/or medical benefits that include Medical Nutrition Therapy.
We are actively working on credentialing with several insurance companies and expansion for coverage with all our team members!

To avoid any surprises, we highly recommend that you contact your insurance company prior to scheduling your visit to confirm if nutrition visits will be covered. If insurance does not provide benefits or cover services, cash prices for services will apply.
We have created an Insurance Resource to help you with this process.
Please note: For dietitians/nutritionists and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) insurance only covers for “face-to-face” time. Messaging between visits is not a covered service. Therefore, additional out-of-pocket fees may apply for emails, phone calls, and /or responses to messages on our Client Portal or e. (Yes, we know---this is different than your medical providers!)
The good news is, if you have preventative nutrition benefits, it usually includes unlimited visits so we can meet as often as reasonably necessary. Many clients like to meet weekly or bi-weekly for several months and then taper to every 2-4 weeks for ongoing care.
